As professional teachers and recruiters with over 2 decades of experience, we offer a bespoke service to supplement your HR services, SEND provision and recruitment requirements.

Predominantly supporting your SEND provision, we also support any RECRUITMENT or HR provision within your school.

Karen and Christie work closely in partnership with each client school as an extension of your internal processes.  Our bespoke service is designed by you as a school, how we work and to take pressure off internal staff to ‘get the job’ done effectively’.   We take time to fully understand what you require on an individual basis.  We believe meeting the relevant staff and to visualise your school being pivotal enabling us to provide the right service, staff and follow-up services that are exclusively for you.

We understand TIME is precious in schools; our aim is being effective, this with time creates a very positive outcome for all.

Types of service we offer:

SEND referrals We work in partnership with Headteachers, SENDCo & any other relevant staff to;

  • understand EHCP’s and the needs of the student
  • understand the funding process and liaise with LA’s
  • time constraints from onset and through the provision
  • understand & work with safety & risk assessment for the specific provision
  • recruitment process for the right skilled staff
  • on-going assessment/appraisal of the worker and child’s development
Advertising: Jobs are advertised free of charge and management of the recruitment process
Recruitment: Packages to manage your HR/recruitment process on a bespoke basis. Candidates are only offered roles that completely match their skill set and work requirement.  The student, therefore, has an adult who understands their individual need and can meet their EHCP objectives.
Being transparent and honest with you as a school about candidates to ‘get it right’.
HR Process: Any of your internal HR process that you would like us to support we will discuss and bespoke for you.
Examples:  Induction process, pre interview tasks, assisting on formal interview, safeguarding, recruitment policies and procedures, new legislations
